Camarena Reposado picks up where the blanco left off and ads a little more to it. I think this one is more of a sipper than their blanco, but just by a little. A very good reposado for $20 bux. Pretty sweet for being aged less than 60 days. I hope they come out with an anejo.

Aroma: A sweet berry/agave nose.
Initial Taste: A semi oily mouth feel, with a sweet entry and initial taste of berry.
Body: Nice sweet agave body with smoke and berry.
FInish: A sweet ever so slightly heated finish.

Ok let me start out by saying this Repo actually made me post my first review of any tequila. I loved the aroma of Vanilla this repo brings to the table. Its almost a combination of vanilla flavored agave. Followed by a slight agave spice and finishes very quickly. I highly recommend this tequila for lovers of vanilla and blancos. I feel I can understand what Camarena was striving for here and they hit it right out of the ballpark. For the price this really does it for me neat and even better in a margarita. I usually drink Corrido or El Tesoro or Chinaco of all flavors neat...all ages.

TEQUILA CAMARENA Familia Reposado 100% Puro de agave azul. NOM 1456. A sweet bottle design at a great price to boot this tequila is an excellent entry level repo in price only. I was surprised by the quailty of this brand. An all around great tequila that can be mixed and sipped. What a value! Mild on several points but true to this families name sake and great reputation for tequilas. It doesn't disappoint on any level. Could compete with many higher priced repo's nada problemo. Newby's will not be put off by price and will like its friendly profile. It's Three Bears "just right" notes are something a large section of tequila lovers will find worthy. Can't go wrong with this one. Enjoy!
