The 206-seat lounge and dining room includes unique hand-carved wooden chairs and bar stools, rough hewn white oak columns and beams defining the raised dining room. Punched bronze panels are back-lit for juxtaposition of traditional Mexican craftsmanship with modern accents.

A winding 30-seat bar surrounds illuminated resin bar fixtures, in the shape of an oversized Mexican colonial emblem. SolToro Tequila Grill’s impressive tequila list features 80+ varieties, offering customized tastings and flights of blanco, reposado and anejo selections. Fresh margaritas and signature sangrias top the beverage list, which also includes an impressive selection of Spanish and Latin American wines.
