Tasted in a Riedel glass 3/1/13. Purchased at Raley's on sale for $14.99 for 750ml. I can't believe no one has reviewed this tequila, but then I'm a cheap tequila aficionado. Well, it's not great. I drank the whole bottle before reviewing, because the first time I tried it, I didn't care much for it. It's bitter taste is not pleasant or smooth. It has a strong alcohol taste and the finish is too long with that. To be fair I wanted to drink it a few times before I passed sentence. To sum it up, this distillery also makes Costco's Kirkland Signature tequilas and I tasted the Dos Manos against the Kirkland Blanco. I did that because the Dos Manos is a very light straw colored reposed; almost as white as a blanco. [Note to administrator: this software does not allow me to type r e p o s a d o without auto correcting it.] Given the choice I would much prefer the Kirkland blanco. Dos Manos is good only for mixing in margaritas and even then I've had much better. So buy it if you only have $15, but don't go out of your way to find it.
