Review Detail

I found this blanco to be very interesting and fun to taste. It is light with a bit of spice. It has a short lived zing, but most interesting of all was the aroma. It took me a while to determine what this aroma was. Mainly because what I was smelling seemed so bizarre, but in the end I could find no other suitable description; Parmesan Cheese! Maybe I should try it with some pizza :)
The bottle is a classy reminiscent of Mexico.
