Unique Anejo made by European entrepreneur, Martin Grassl who has been embroiled in controversy with the Mexican government. The Mexicans have not allowed Porfidio a NOM number yet it is considered a rare and valued Tequila. But as Grassl produces Tequila out of several distilleries it's difficult to pinpoint where this Tequila is really produced. Has a deep colour, sweet, smoky, caramel taste and fair burn. Interesting bottle with hand blown cactus, while pretty, serves to spread misinformation about the source of Tequila.
