The anejo definitely has the best nose of the flight with caramel and slight oak. The taste has continuing caramel from the nose, and some cooked agave, with maybe a hint of fruitiness. Body is light and fairly thin. I would like a little more substance from this anejo. The finish is smooth...really too smooth with nothing to remark on other than continued caramel sweetness.

The anejo is the best one of the flight, but that's because the barrel-aging is covering up sub-par juice IMO. This is priced in the premium category where, frankly, it doesn't belong. I purchased the flight of stacked 375ml bottles, which is clever. I have also seen the individual 750ml bottles in stores - attractive, but not anything special or unique. Note that in the stacked set, the bottom two are the aged products, and the spout is very short and difficult to pour from, with a very small natural cork.
